Detailed Safari
Day 1: Arrival, Drive to Arusha
Your driver guide and our office representative will meet you at the airport. After a short welcome and introduction, start the 1hr drive to Arusha City for dinner and overnight at African Tulip hotel, which is situated, at the heart of the city providing the magnificence view of the mountain Meru.
Day 2: Tarangire National Park
Depart from Arusha town at 0800hrs with picnic lunches for Tarangire National Park tour. The park is located 120km from Arusha. It is famed for its congregation of big herds of Elephants and a buffaloes; this landscape of open plains is dotted with thousands of baobabs trees. Your driver Guide at the designed picnic area inside the park will provide picnic lunch. Later carry on with game drives before embarking to Maramboi Tented Lodge.
Day 3: Tarangire National Park
Full Day Game Drive in Tarangire National Park – Dinner and overnight at Maramboi Tented Lodge.
Day 4: Maramboi – Southern Serengeti
After an early breakfast leave for Southern Serengeti, driving through the highlands of Ngorongoro overlooking the Ngorongoro Crater. Continue with your drive towards the southern, your guide will be stopping on the points of interests. Dinner and overnight at Lake Masek Tented Lodge.
Day 5: Serengeti National Park
Full Day in Southern Serengeti, Dinner and overnight at Lake Masek Tented Lodge.
Day 6: Serengeti National Park
Early morning game drive to see also nocturnal predators returning from hunting and animals waking up in early morning light, then back for the morning breakfast followed by full day game drive. Track the wildebeest migration and get to enjoy the scenery of the remarkable world show also you will be in a position to see lots of animals following migratory beasts for easy lunch. Dinner and overnight at Lake Masek Tented Lodge.
Day 7: Southern Serengeti – Karatu
Early morning game drive to see also nocturnal predators returning from hunting and animals waking up in early morning light, then back for the morning breakfast followed by full day game drive. Track the wildebeest migration and get to enjoy the scenery of the remarkable world show also you will be in a position to see lots of animals following migratory beasts for easy lunch. After lunch you will drive to Karatu for overnight at Karatu Acacia Farm lodge
Day 8: Ngorongoro Crater – Arusha
After breakfast you will descend into the crater for a wonderful game drive (with a picnic lunch) inside the Ngorongoro Crater often described as one of the wonders of the world. It is the world’s largest intact volcanic caldera and a natural sanctuary for some of Africa’s densest animal populations. It is one of the few places where the rare black rhino can be observed in their natural setting. As very few animals migrate in and out of the crater with its 2000 ft. high walls, you can expect to see lions, elephants, zebras, hippos, flamingos, jackals, rhinos, antelopes, many birds and other species. With a bit of luck the ‘Big Five’ can be spotted during one game drive only. Then late afternoon drive back to Arusha, Overnight at African Tulip.
Day 9: Departure
After the morning breakfast, at leisure the depending on your departing details our driver will drive you to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your Departure.
