Detailed Safari
Day 1: Arrival in Entebbe
Upon arrival at Entebbe International Airport, you’ll be greeted by a representative who will escort you to your hotel. Take the evening to relax and prepare for the exciting adventure ahead or explore the bustling city of Entebbe at your own pace.

Day 2: Entebbe – Murchison Falls National Park (6–7 hours)
Begin your day with a scenic drive to Murchison Falls National Park, stopping en route at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary. Here, track rhinos on foot and observe them in their natural habitat. After lunch at the sanctuary, continue to the park and visit the iconic Top of the Falls, where the Nile River surges through a narrow gorge, creating a spectacular cascade.

Day 3: Murchison Falls National Park
Start your day with an early morning game drive on the northern bank of the Nile. Spot Rothschild giraffes, elephants, lions, Jackson hartebeests, and an array of bird species. After lunch at the lodge, embark on a Nile boat cruise to the base of the falls, where you’ll encounter hippos, crocodiles, and other wildlife. Day 4: Murchison Falls – Kibale Forest National Park (7 hours)

Day 5: Chimpanzee Tracking and Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park (3 hours)
Experience an extraordinary morning tracking chimpanzees in Kibale Forest, renowned for its rich diversity of primates. Spend an hour observing these playful creatures before returning to the lodge for lunch. In the afternoon, journey to Queen Elizabeth National Park, passing scenic crater lakes and the majestic foothills of the Rwenzori Mountains.

Day 6: Queen Elizabeth National Park

Day 7: Queen Elizabeth – Bwindi Impenetrable Forest (3 hours)
After breakfast, depart for Bwindi Impenetrable Forest, home to the endangered mountain gorillas. Enjoy scenic views along the way, including rolling hills and rural Ugandan villages. Arrive at your lodge nestled in the heart of this UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Day 8: Gorilla Tracking in Bwindi
Prepare for the highlight of your safari: a guided trek to encounter mountain gorillas. After a briefing, hike through dense forests in search of a habituated gorilla family. Day 9: Bwindi – Lake Mburo National Park (5 hours)
Depart Bwindi after breakfast and journey to Lake Mburo National Park. Arrive in time for lunch, followed by a leisurely game drive through the park, where you’ll spot zebras, impalas, and other wildlife. In the evening, opt for a night game drive to observe the park’s nocturnal inhabitants.
Delight in a gourmet dinner and settle in at Mihingo Lodge – Full Board.
Day 10: Lake Mburo – Entebbe (5 hours)
Wrap up your safari with a guided bush walk, getting up close to zebras and other wildlife on foot. After breakfast, begin the journey back to Entebbe with a stop at the Equator for photos and souvenirs. Arrive in Entebbe in time for your international flight, bidding farewell to the Pearl of Africa.
